‍

1. Who We Are and Scope

Golly Prabhu LLC ("Golly," "we," "us," or "our") is a Nevada-based marketing, data enhancement, analytics, and advertising services company. Our primary public-facing brands and websites are GOLLY.vegas, ProspectMarketing.AI, and CasinoEmailMarketing.com (collectively, the "Services"). Some Services are accessed through Golly-branded, white-labeled portals powered by third-party technology providers; these portals are not separate legal entities.

‍

This Privacy Policy explains the categories of personal information we may collect or receive, how we use and disclose it, and the choices and rights available to individuals. It applies to our corporate websites, inquiries, and the marketing and data services we provide, except where a separate notice applies. Our clients, data suppliers, and advertising platforms may maintain their own privacy policies.

‍

2. Our Role in Providing Services

We sometimes process information on behalf of a casino, hospitality company, or other business customer under that customer’s instructions. In other circumstances, we determine aspects of how information is used for data enrichment, audience development, marketing services, or our own business operations. The applicable roles and responsibilities depend on the project, contractual terms, and relevant law.

‍

When a client controls the information used for its campaigns, the client generally determines its customer relationships, campaign content, and legal basis for contacting recipients. We may use contracted data and technology partners to provide secure processing, matching, delivery, and other functions. If you receive communications from one of our clients, that client’s privacy notice and unsubscribe or preference controls may also apply.

‍

3. Categories of Personal Information

Depending on the Services involved, we may receive or process the following categories:

  • Contact and identifying details: Name, postal address, email address, telephone number, business contact details, and client-assigned or vendor-assigned record identifiers.
  • Online and device identifiers: IP addresses, cookies and similar identifiers, mobile advertising identifiers (MAIDs), and other advertising or platform identifiers, when available and permitted.
  • Location and visit signals: Device-derived location or point-of-interest visit information associated with participating applications, mobile advertising identifiers, or location-based data sources. Location information can be sensitive under some privacy laws.
  • Website and campaign activity: Website pages visited, referral or interaction information, campaign delivery, opens, clicks, and other engagement or measurement data, as available through authorized website tags, email platforms, and technology partners.
  • Commercial and audience information: Demographic, geographic, household, lifestyle, interest, and marketing segments; commercially available attributes; and statistical scores or modeled indicators developed for advertising relevance.
  • Client-provided data: Customer or guest records and marketing preferences supplied by our business clients for matching, append, verification, segmentation, or campaign management.

Not every category is collected in every engagement. Marketing models and audience attributes may be inferred or probabilistic rather than facts about a particular individual.

‍

4. Where Information Comes From

We may obtain information from business clients; individuals who contact us; contracted data and identity-resolution partners; marketing, advertising, and analytics platforms; participating mobile applications and their data providers; websites using authorized technologies; and public or commercially available sources. Third-party providers may obtain information through their own applications, notices, and permission processes.

‍

Third-Party Data Providers.  Golly Prabhu LLC works with established third-party data providers and technology partners to obtain consumer information, identity-resolution services, mobile advertising identifiers (MAIDs), location intelligence, and other marketing-related data. These providers collect or license information through their respective sources and make it available subject to applicable privacy notices, permissions, contractual terms, and legal requirements. Golly Prabhu LLC uses this information to provide data enhancement, audience identification, analytics, and marketing services to its business clients, subject to applicable restrictions and privacy obligations.

‍

We expect our vendors and clients to provide data for authorized purposes and to honor applicable restrictions. The availability and lawfulness of information depend on the circumstances of collection, use, and disclosure; we do not assume that a general third-party marketing permission authorizes every channel or use.

‍

5. How We Use Information

We may use personal information, as authorized and applicable, to:

  • match, verify, standardize, append, update, and deduplicate client or prospect records;
  • develop and analyze marketing audiences, geographic insights, audience scores, and model-based segments;
  • help clients plan, execute, suppress, optimize, and measure email, direct mail, digital display, paid social, connected TV, and other marketing;
  • provide website visitor identification and cross-channel audience activation where authorized;
  • administer relationships with clients, partners, and website visitors; maintain systems, security, and quality controls; and
  • respond to privacy requests, apply marketing preferences, meet contractual obligations, and comply with applicable law.

Our audience and marketing products are intended for advertising and analytics purposes, not for eligibility determinations concerning credit, employment, housing, insurance, or other purposes governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. We do not authorize such eligibility uses.

‍

6. How Information May Be Disclosed

Depending on the service and applicable instructions, information may be disclosed to (a) the business customer receiving the contracted services or results; (b) data, identity-resolution, verification, cloud hosting, deployment, and security service providers; (c) advertising platforms, demand-side platforms, and measurement or audience-onboarding partners; and (d) advisors, regulators, or others where required by law, a lawful request, or a corporate transaction.

‍

Some disclosures of identifiers, audience information, or advertising data may qualify as a “sale,” “sharing,” or use for “targeted advertising” under certain state privacy laws, even where no money is exchanged for an individual record. Where relevant law grants the right to opt out of these activities, individuals may exercise that right using the methods described below. We do not describe all data transfers as either a sale or a service-provider disclosure; the characterization depends on the activity.

‍

7. Cookies, Tags and Advertising Technologies

Our websites, and client websites using authorized services, may use cookies, pixels, tags, and related technologies to support website functions, analytics, audience identification, and marketing measurement. Depending on the implementation and applicable law, these tools may collect device identifiers, IP addresses, page or session activity, and related interaction information. Client-controlled websites may provide additional notice and choice mechanisms.

‍

You may be able to restrict cookies through browser settings or applicable privacy controls. Disabling certain technologies may affect site functions. A marketing email from one of our clients may also include an unsubscribe mechanism specific to that sender.

‍

8. Privacy Choices and Individual Rights

Depending on where you live and the laws applicable to a particular processing activity, you may have rights to know or confirm whether we process personal information, access it, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, obtain a copy, opt out of sale or sharing and targeted advertising, limit certain uses of sensitive information, or challenge certain profiling activities. Some jurisdictions also provide a right to appeal a denied request.

‍

To submit a privacy request or an opt-out request, email golly@golly.vegas with “Privacy Request” in the subject line, or write to the mailing address in Section 13. Please identify the type of request and provide sufficient information for us to locate records and confirm that we are responding to the correct person. Do not send a Social Security number or other unnecessary sensitive information by email.

‍

We will evaluate and respond to requests within the time periods required by applicable law, subject to lawful exceptions, verification, and our role in processing the information. If information is controlled by a client or a separate data provider, we may refer the request to that organization or coordinate with it where appropriate. We will not unlawfully discriminate against a person for exercising applicable privacy rights.

‍

Some state laws also require covered businesses to honor recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control. Such signals must be assessed and implemented for covered processing as required by applicable law. To request an opt-out directly, use the contact method above.

‍

9. Marketing Communications and Industry-Specific Campaigns

Commercial email campaigns must include appropriate sender identification and an effective means of unsubscribing, along with other information required by applicable law. Opt-out and suppression requests are applied according to the responsible sender, platform, contract, and law. Consent and preference requirements may differ for email, text messaging, calls, push notifications, and advertising.

‍

Where Services support regulated gaming or hospitality clients, marketing eligibility and content restrictions are determined by applicable laws, client instructions, and campaign-specific controls. We do not knowingly design campaigns to target individuals who are ineligible to receive gaming promotions based on applicable age restrictions.

‍

10. Retention, Data Quality and Security

Information is retained for periods reasonably necessary to fulfill the applicable business or contractual purposes, meet legal and recordkeeping obligations, maintain security or audit records, and administer suppression or privacy requests. Retention depends on the category of information, client instructions, partner arrangements, and the relevant legal requirements. Information is deleted, de-identified, returned, or otherwise handled when retention is no longer appropriate under the governing requirements.

‍

We and our service providers employ administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse, with safeguards appropriate to the data and processing involved. Depending on the project, measures may include access restrictions and secure file transfer methods such as SFTP. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

‍

11. Children and Third-Party Websites

Our Services are directed to business customers and adult audiences; they are not designed to solicit personal information from children. We do not knowingly seek to use information about children for marketing through our Services. If you believe information relating to a child was provided to us inappropriately, please contact us.

Links to external websites or services are governed by the privacy terms of those third parties. We are not responsible for their independent practices.

‍

12. State-Specific Information and Changes

Privacy requirements vary among U.S. states. California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, and other residents may have similar rights under their applicable state laws. California’s Delete Request and Opt-Out Platform (DROP) provides an additional method to request deletion from covered, registered data brokers. Whether a specific data-broker requirement applies to our business or to a partner depends on the applicable legal definitions and activities.

‍

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our Services, technology, or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date at the beginning indicates the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated as required by law.
